How to make Seafood FRIED RICE




INGREDIENT

• 4 servings • 3 plates of white rice • 250 gr peeled prawns • 200 gr squid cut into rings • 8 thinly sliced ​​prawn meatballs • 3 eggs • 2 tbsp butter • 6 cloves of shallot • 4 cloves garlic • 2 spring onions • 2 tbsp oyster sauce • 1 tbsp fish sauce • 1 tbsp chili sauce • 1 tbsp roasted ebi, puree • 1/2 tsp pepper • to taste salt and powdered broth • sweet soy sauce to taste ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS • Fried egg • Tomatoes • Cucumber • Prawn crackers HOW TO MAKE 1. Shallots, garlic, scallions sliced. Mashed Ebi (finely chopped using a sharp knife). 2. Prepare a large skillet. Heat oil, saute shrimp, squid and meatballs until cooked, set aside. 3. Beat the eggs, then make scrambled eggs. set aside 4. Still in the same pan, add butter, saute onion and garlic until fragrant, add ebi, stir fry for a while. 5. Add rice, stir-fried seafood and scrambled eggs, stir. 6. Season with salt, pepper and stock powder 7. Add sweet soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, chili sauce. Stir well. 8.
